       KALUGIN JSC is the largest in Russia and one of the world's leading enterprise specialized in designing, supply, construction and commissioning of hot stoves for blast furnaces.
       We have developed fundamentally new hot blast stoves of top combustion type, which have no analogue in the world. Our stove's design was highly appreciated by blast furnace experts of different countries, and presently our stoves are in process of engineering, construction and operation at various steel plants in Russia, China, Ukraine, India, Japan, and other countries.
      Our company is also providing design engineering for blast furnace proper and blast furnace equipment, waste heat recovery systems using sensible heat of exhaust gases, heat-exchanger and burner devices.

 Number of hot stoves designed and supplied by us
as of May, 2012:

149 Kalugin shaftless hot stoves (KSS) are in operation, 33 KSS are under construction and 16 being designed.
Total 198 KSS are in operation, construction and engineering process.

 For the last 5 years, 68 Kalugin shaftless hot stoves have been put into operation: in China – 36 KSS, in India – 15, in Japan – 2 KSS,
in Russia – 8, in Ukraine – 6, and in Kazakhstan – 1 KSS.
