Joint-Stock Company KALUGIN has the following licenses of Federal Agency of the Russian Federation on building, housing and communal servicesKALUGIN JSC has the following certificates of admission to the works that affect the safety of capital construction, issued by the self-regulatory organizations (SROs):
- Certificate No. P-084/281209-030 of 07.10.2011 for admission to design works, issued by non-profit partnership EnergoTeploMetallurgProject;
- Certificate No. SRO-C-109-11122009 of 04.02.2011 for admission to construction works, issued by non-profit partnership MontazhTeploSpetsstroy.
Period of validity of these certificates is not restricted.
Our company deals with developing, engineering and supply of materials and equipment for shaftless hot stoves. At all the stages of work, technical supervision is performed. The company provides the commissioning of designed units and their achievement of working conditions. Besides, KALUGIN JSC can carry out construction of shaftless hot stoves "on a turn-key basis".
The organization operates using a quality management system certified in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000 (GOST R ISO 9001-2001).
All designed and applied equipment, including Kalugin shaftless hot stoves proper, has permissions to application in the ferrous metallurgy issued by Rostekhnadzor (RTN, Russian Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Atomic Supervision).
The design of blast furnace Kalugin shaftless hot stove has been patented in Russia, Ukraine , China, and is being patented in Japan, India and other countries.
We should like to warn you that some Chinese companies are attempting to market the patented shaftless hot blast stove technology of Kalugin JSC as their own. However, they have received the technology earlier from us under contractual conditions of confidentiality for a certain project only and without the right of transfer or usage in any other steel plant.
These companies do not have our license, do not own the methods of design engineering of such units and they subject Customers to a great risk. Beware of such offers.
